The Real RVL Reveal

Welcome to my new weight-loss blog! I have started a new product called RVL (pronounced: Reveal). It has more nutritional value per calorie than ANY other weight-loss product on the market. I am starting this blog, to keep tabs on myself, and to keep anyone interested informed. Keep checking back regularly (FOLLOW ME) for updates. If you are just joining in... scroll down to the bottom to start at the beginning of my journey.

Seriously? Can you DO that?

Well. That was surprising. I stepped on the scale this morning and after a week of solid 158.4 (with yesterday's 159.6 in to mess me up) it read 157.2. That is MORE than a two pound loss from yesterday... Seriously? But in keeping with the idea that your weight CAN fluctuate, (and being the devil's advocate, here) it is still a 1.25 lbs loss from my steady 158.4!!!! OMG! I count that as a good 1st day.

But is that healthy? You ask? Losing too much, too fast can't be good for you. On my iPhone I have a wonderful app called 'my fitness pal'... Having input all the information, (including my large salad with dressing and a sprinkle of cheese, 3oz grilled white fish with prawn sauce, that I had for dinner,) my nutritional requirements for the day were maxed out! The shake alone has 12g of fiber! Read the left side bar for full vitamin/mineral count.

I also did a work-out FOR 20 mins on my treadmill, last night. Oh! I hate working out! You say.... Me too! I answer! But I WANTED TO! Creepy, I know. LOL. Do I HAVE to work out? They recommend 30 minutes at least 3-4 times a week. That includes just walking. MOVE. I can do that. The leg/arm weights seem to be working well as well. Arm weights are a little annoying, as they are too big... Like heavy bangle bracelets that keep hitting my wrists. Ugh. May skip those for a while, until I work out a way to secure them better.

So whether I lost one or two pounds in the first day, I am good. Day one score: 9

Day two is now in the works: I have had both shakes in the proper portion size. Had my other half of the teeny bar from yesterday for snack. Finished my lunch shake about 40 minutes ago, and still feel 'comfortable' in the hunger department. Not hungry at all. Normally, I would still be eating as I clean up, regardless of hunger... Sad but true. Crusts were my friend! No extra munching today. "No Mommy! That's MY food!!!"
LOL

I woke up this morning a half hour early (unintentionally) and decided that since I knew I wouldn't have time to work out tonight, I might as well do it then. I couldn't go back to sleep. Crawled out of bed, got "dressed" and worked out on the treadmill. Who am I??? Oh well, it was actually pretty good. I even worked up a sweat! LOL. Bekki, (see picture at sidebar) worked out daily previous to her RVL experience, but says that they improved significantly once taking the RVL. Got more energy from them. I dunno. I'll let you know as the days go by. I HATE exercise!

So that's about all I can think of for now... More tomorrow with how the rest of the day went.

3:00 pm addendum: My tummy is very growly. Not hungry growly. Just really noisy. A bit gassy. In my head I see those cleaning bubble brushes sweeping through my stomach cleaning up all the crap in there! LOL I'm not getting any cramps, but I have heard some people do. Personally, I've gotten cramps from things that do a lot less! If you think of it as those little cleaning bubble brush guys, working away, then they hit a hard spot (maybe that McDonald's from last night?) having to scrub a little harder. Cramp! LOL It's all good!
