Well, the weekend was full of Christmas parties and late nights... I stuck to plan...kinda. Saturday night was hubby's staff party. Copious amounts of alcohol and chocolate cake. But only a small slice. A few bits of sushi, and ham. Stuck to veggies mostly. I weighed in this morning with no loss. No gain, either, mind you.
Today I had lunch with my ladies. Two Caesars and an oyster omlette Mmmmmmmm. Had a shake in the morning and then just a small salad for dinner. Still stuffed from lunch (and I only ate half!).
Don't know what the scale will say tomorrow... But I have all week long to stick to plan. Should be easy enough. I'm also trying not to obsess with the weigh-ins. Thursday is my official weigh-in day. Maybe I won't even step on the scale till then. Hahahaha. Like THAT could happen!
Will check in again tomorrow. It's my day off, so I can work out during the day. Can't do it first thing in the AM, as I am going for blood tests. Don't think I can work out on an empty stomach. Will be using my Pro-40 shaker 'on the road' tomorrow. Cool!
