The Real RVL Reveal

Welcome to my new weight-loss blog! I have started a new product called RVL (pronounced: Reveal). It has more nutritional value per calorie than ANY other weight-loss product on the market. I am starting this blog, to keep tabs on myself, and to keep anyone interested informed. Keep checking back regularly (FOLLOW ME) for updates. Dilemma

Okay.... So first day went GREAT! I was a little hungry by dinner.... but Thursdays I NEVER eat dinner until AFTER weigh-in... so dinner wasn't until 8:00 pm! I think its fair to say RVL wasn't responsible for my being hungry for dinner.

The shakes were amazingly yummy. For the lunch one, I added a bit of crushed ice... I almost had to drink it with a straw it was so THICK! Thought I was drinking a milkshake! LOL When I scraped the sides of the cup with the spoon (would have licked it, if my tongue was long enough!) the remnants were indeed shake-like. How cool is THAT?

For my afternoon snack, I decided against the berry bar and opted for some small sticks of celery with a dollop of peanut butter. With only the 15 bars, I am wanting to save them for when I truly need them... aka: Christmas sweets!!! The berry bar at morning snack was quite yummy, though. Not chalky like 'most' of the other meal replacement bars I've ever had. Real chunks of berries in it, too! That little bitty bar really did hold me off until lunch. Didn't think it would... but it did. Cool, again.

So. My dilemma. I stated this morning that I would take one pound less than my home morning weight as my official starting weight. This morning I weighed in at 159.6 (YOINKS!) so I was going to take 158.5 as the official number. When I weighed in tonight, however... I was 156.5! Same as last week. No change. Now I have been eating continuously, and haven't worked out one iota (my sciatica has been MAJORLY acting up!) ... so I SHOULD be up. I've heard of people losing on their first day on RVL. But a 2 lbs loss in ONE DAY?

I guess if it shows on the scale tomorrow morning as 2 lbs less, I can use the 158.5 as my starting weight... but I think, as TOPS is my OFFICIAL weigh-in.... I should just suck it up, and post the 156.5 as my OFFICIAL start weight. Dilemma solved.
