Okay, so again, this fitness thing is starting to freak me out a little! LOL I came home last night from the Christmas Concert, got changed and WORKED OUT! OMG! Remember when I said I just don't have TIME to work out? I seem to be finding time! Tonight as well! I did a full half hour workout and didn't lower or hold on at ALL! The boys were loading the dishes and cleaning up after dinner, and I thought "hey! I don't have to be here!" and down I went. It was an AMAZING workout, too! Haven't enjoyed a workout in YEARS... and that was only because my BFF was the instructor.
Tomorrow is the big day! The 1st week weigh-in! On going through my iPhone's weight app, I did a history reading:
Start date: 10-05-13 204 days total
weight loss: 3.2 lbs avg: 0.1 per week loss
max weight: 159.7 (May 13/10)
min weight: 153.0 (Jul 08/10)
At this rate you will reach goal of 142 lbs on JUNE 15th 2013
HOLY BLUBBER! Hubba Wha??? 2013??? I have been dieting WELL since May, and lost 3.2 lbs in TOTAL? Nuh uh!
My goal for tomorrow is to be 153 again @ TOPS
