Other than today and last Thursday, I haven't been hungry (remember, I don't eat dinner until after weigh-in on Thursdays) and I have been full of energy. Two RVL shakes a day. 1/4 to 1/2 berry bar with a supplement two times a day. Big romaine lettuce salad with whatever meat everyone else is having. Nothing special.
I have already seen a big change in the grocery bill and it's only been the one week! I am keeping close track (well, semi-close... I don't keep tabs on what food is strictly for me vs the
whole family. And sometimes, we'll buy non-food items at the grocery store....but it all goes in one big category... But it all comes clean in the wash)
So, next week's weigh-in is the day after my birthday! Yoinks. Not sure what THAT will render. My initial goal was to be 145 lbs, but I was supposed to receive the RVL package a week before... So I won't expect that. I don't think 8.5 lbs in a week is feasible. LOL. Especially the day after my 45th birthday party! I do think it's feasible to want that for year end, though! If this RVL keeps on keepin' on, and it's not just a fluke... Then it should be possible. Dare I dream? Hope? Believe? I dunno.
