Okay, so my home and TOPS scales were really wonky today! My home scale this morning had me down to 154.2 lbs, which would normally mean that I was the same as last week or even lower (as long as I didn't have any pizza just before weigh-in! LOL) but I ended up being .3 lbs HIGHER! I officially weighed in at 154.5... Huh? Not that I am complaining, I am VERY HAPPY with having gained only one pound over the holidays, but the two scales are usually different with home being HIGHER. Oh well. I played, now I paid. I am back in the saddle, though and feeling GREAT! I took a nice long walk today, from my place to Loumidees...(bought myself a GORGEOUS leopard print coat in a size SIX!!! Woot! Woot! It does up and everything! LOL Okay, so it is still a little tight right now, but I will be wearing it VERY SOON!) ...and then I walked down to Lower Gibsons and back up School Rd! On PURPOSE! LOL Very proud of myself. Even wore my Skecher Shape-Ups for double the exersize.
I posted the cartoon on the page today, because last night Rick and I had a conversation about Mona-Vie. To set the record straight, MV is not a pyramid scheme! LOL Nor am I here to scam anyone, or mislead. I am inviting you, my friends into my RVLReveal Blog so I can share with you what I have found, the good and the bad, as I mentioned at the beginning. If you want to be a part of it, now that I am satisfied that it works, then albeit! Join in the fun, and maybe make a few bucks while you are losing weight. In fact, I know a few people who are interested, and yet will be ordering from another friend. I'm okay with that, too! I have recommended things to friends, numerous times in the past, and never expected anything in return. That hasn't changed.
I am not interested in this company to make money... (If I do, then, BONUS! LOL It is great to have that option, unlike the a fore-mentioned recommendations) I am in it to get healthy! I am seriously enjoying the shakes and snack bars (can't wait for the chocolate, though! That might have helped more over Christmas) and my new-found energy. I like that for the most part, I don't have to count calories or carbs, that I don't have to spend a fortune at the grocery store on a 'balanced' food diet that I don't enjoy (thus goes stale, moldy or rotten on the back shelf) and I love the convenience of it! With my Pro40 shaker, I can eat my lunch on the road, in the city or even camping, no problem.
Before I go, as mentioned in a previous post: I am having a few people over this Sunday from 1:00 to 2:00 to get a taste of the RVL, maybe join me in a 12 week weight-loss challenge, or to catch the wave and get skinny and rich in 2011! Regardless of your reason (even if it's just for a New Year glass of vino!) come on by and say "hi!" Share some Shake.
