Okay, so this blog is going to be my play-by-play of the ins and outs of using RVL as a Weight Loss Program. As I mentioned above, I haven't even started it.... ) Ordering is not available to distributors in Canada until November 29th... Not available to the public until January 5th) but I am starting this blog early so I can relate the 'before' with the after.
So, playing the devil's advocate (and hoping to save a bit of money!) I wanted to see how easy it is for ANYONE to lose weight, whilst on ANY meal replacement program. For the last three weeks, I have been taking two shakes of whey protein and almond soy drink every day for breakfast and lunch with half a "Fullbar" mid-morning and half in the afternoon. My dinner has been chock-full of salad, veggies and a small portion of protein. A little bit of fruit sometimes in the shakes (mostly a small frozen banana,) and an occasional cheat (like a dollop of cheese, or Costco chicken wing!) The result? One point five pounds. THREE WEEKS of starving, craving, lack of energy and well, sure I'm also at 'that time'... but being damn cranky!
On the 29th, first thing... I am ordering my RVL. If nothing happens, I will report that here as well. I have been on many, MANY dud diets (read ABOVE!) and do not relish in the idea of spending my hard earned money on another. If this works, I will sing it from the roof tops! ...and I will be annoying! LOL ...I mean MORE annoying than usual! Because I know that I am not the only one who has gone through the struggle of weight-loss again and again... The self-loathing and the helplessness. If this works... YOU WILL KNOW ABOUT IT!
