WOW! Talk about Triggers!

After all the dieting over the last few weeks, both good and bad, I somehow managed to GAIN a pound! Grrr. So of course, the next day I pulled up my boot-straps, and got back on that wagon. NOT! I ate anything and everything within ten feet of me! I make the daycare Kraft Dinner every Friday (their only junk food) and have been very good at not helping myself to any... This time, not only did I 'help myself' to some... I damn near snarffed down the whole pot before it even reached their bowls! Hubby keeps those tin-foil covered chocolate balls hidden away in his office... They called to me. NOM, NOM, NOM . Then, to top it all off, hubby came home with Chinese food! Again, something in the past, that I have managed to eat sensibly... Not last might! Two LARGE bowls and a fortune cookie. Ugh... I was ready to burst. More food than I have eaten in MONTHS! On the bright side, today IS another day. I am back on track (sorta! Those chocolates are still calling to me!) and the fortune cookie said that I would achieve success by the end of this month! I take that as the arrival and success of my RVL!
